Number 16 was the title of one of The Village's taxi drivers. The character appears in the first episode ("Arrival") of the 1967-68 British television series The Prisoner and was portrayed by actress Barbara Yu Ling.
Number 16 is the second person that Number 6 encounters on his first say in the Village. She is also the first person to utter the phrase “Be seeing you”.
